InvoiceBridge, operated by Worqflow, is an Atlassian Forge app for Jira that creates unsent invoices in the QuickBooks Online company you connect, from Jira worklog data. It is licensed, not sold, through the Atlassian Marketplace under Atlassian's standard purchase terms.
YouYour responsibilities
- Review every invoice in QuickBooks before sending it. The app creates unsent invoices only; amounts are computed from worklog hours rounded to two decimals at your configured rates.
- Keep worklogs, rates, currency configuration, and your QuickBooks Company ID accurate.
- Only connect a QuickBooks company you have the right to connect, and only use Jira data you're permitted to access.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt the service, reach other tenants' data, or use the app in violation of Atlassian's or Intuit's terms.
LimitsDisclaimers
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. It prepares invoices; it is not accounting, tax, or legal advice. Known limitations are documented on the Marketplace listing's Privacy & Security tab. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the three months preceding the claim.

ChangesChanges and ending
We may update these terms; material changes appear on this page with a new effective date. Stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it, which deletes app data per Atlassian's Forge data lifecycle.
